Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, DC, Florida, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Shipping to any other states than the ones listed will be taken on a case by case basis if permitting is possible and allowed. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for all inquiries.
When do I receive my wine club shipments?
Wine Club members receive quarterly packages of our wines every season: January, April, July, and October.
How can I select the wines for my quarterly package?
After signing up for a membership you will have an online account. You can sign in and customize your wine packages for every shipment.
What if I don't select the wines for a package?
If you choose not to customize the wines for a specific package, you will receive our vintner's selection for that season.
Can I pick up my packages from the winery?
Yes. In your online account you can specify whether you prefer to pick your packages up in person (at the Bodega in Chestertown), or have them shipped to you.
When am I charged for my membership?
There is no fee at the time of subscription. Rather, your wine packages will be charged to your credit card on file each quarter. If you have a credit card change, please update your credit card information in your online membership account.
How do I apply my membership discount?
Your membership discount will be automatically applied for online purchases if you sign into your account. And if you're visiting our tasting room, all you have to do is let our staff know that you are a member and they will apply your discount to your order.
Does my membership discount apply to all purchases?
Yes. To everything in the online shop and in person!
Can I combine other discounts with my membership discount?
Unfortunately, membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.
What is your shipping policy?
Due to federal law requiring all wine shipments to be signed for by a person at least 21 years of age, a daytime delivery address is required. Shipments handled by UPS cannot be delivered to PO, FPO, APO, or IPO boxes. If your shipment is returned to Casa Carmen, you agree to an additional shipping and handling fee to re-ship the wine. We will make two shipping attempts via UPS.
