We currently ship to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Colorado, DC, Florida, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Shipping to any other states than those listed may be possible. Please contact us at info@casacarmenwines.com for all inquiries.

Wine Club members receive quarterly packages of our wines every season, in the first week of February, May, August, November.

After signing up for a membership you will have an online account. You can sign in and customize your wine packages for every shipment.

If you choose not to customize the wines for a specific package, you will receive our vintner's selection for that season. 

Members can specify whether they'd like to pick their packages up in person--at the Bodega in Chestertown or at the Farm in West Grove )--or have them shipped to you.

We do not offer wine club pick ups from our farmer's markets as many of our wines are released only to wine club members so we do not bring all our wines to the markets. However, members can still purchase wine at any of the markets using their membership discount.

There is no membership fee! Members will be charged for their shipments each quarter. If you have a credit card change, please update your credit card information in your online membership account.

When shopping online, be sure to sign into your Casa Carmen account and your membership discount will be automatically applied. When you're visiting our tasting rooms, let our staff know that you are a member and they will apply your discount to your purchase.

Yes - to all our wines, vermouths, and merch, both online and in the tasting room!

Unfortunately, membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.

We ship through UPS. Federal law requires all wine shipments to be signed for by a person at least 21 years of age, therefore a daytime delivery address is required. UPS will make two drop-off attempts before the package is returned to the sender. ​If your shipment is returned to Casa Carmen, you agree to an additional shipping and handling fee to re-ship the wine.

Please note: Shipments handled by UPS cannot be delivered to PO, FPO, APO, or IPO boxes.
