This is a wine club member only, limited edition of Espumante. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir and aged in the lees for 5 years, making it delicate, layered and deep.

Espumante is the mineral spring of light. Fermented with native yeasts, first in stainless steel tanks and then in the bottle, this unfiltered, natural sparkling wine is the splendor of the untamed. 

This bottle is a special colaboration with local artist Maia Wyler who joins with us in a project to bring you brightness of summer into your home.
